Steve Shank
Founder/Head Pastor
Pastor Steve and Chanler Shank came to Boulder, Colorado and founded City on the Hill Ministries on August 19, 1979. In 1987 they helped launch a Bible Training Center in Kingston, Jamaica. In 2009 they founded Confirming the Word Bible Training Center in Boulder, Colorado.
Jimmy Ratzlaff
Children's/Associate Pastor
Pastor Jimmy became our Children’s Pastor in January of 1996. He is the Director of all children’s ministries, and also teaches various children’s and adult classes. He is one of our Confirming the Word teachers and is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center.
